This is a user manual app and website that turns the overwhelming, complex and lengthy physical user manual into an accessible app and website, making it easy and quick for anyone to use this tech device.
Problem
According to research, people read manuals only 25% of the time because they prefer learning from their mistakes rather than reading a 1000-word document that explains over-featured interfaces and instruction, which can be too boring and overwhelming.
However, it’s crucial for user to read the user manual for tech product for several reasons.
